Conference Chairmen’s Letter:

Welcome to Aspen!

The Aspen Family Wealth Gathering has been created by a remarkable group of family offices from around the world in search of a singular experience with educational opportunities that are of greatest interest and value. Attendance is limited to a rather small group of not more than 60 attendees to insure delegates will be able to build a personal rapport with one another, fostering long-term relationships among similarly-situated principals.

Fundamental to the event will be open discourse in the spirit of the Socratic Method and The Aspen Institute. The experience will be noncommercial and educational. It will be stimulating and fun, and most of all, it will offer an opportunity for next generation members from wealthy families to interact and network with one another.

We believe that the mix of speakers and topics along with the relaxed and inspiring environment will define the future of how family offices wish to interact with peers, seek out investment opportunities and collaborate on new initiatives.

We are grateful for you being a part of what promises to be a very special journey!

As for flights, Aspen is a bit remote. However, in season, dozens of flights per day operate to Aspen / Pitkin County Airport (ASE) offering both commercial and general aviation services. Regular flights from major US gateway cities such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, Denver, Chicago, Phoenix, Dallas are offered by Delta, United and American Airlines.

Some delegates may choose to fly into Eagle / Vail Airport, which is a 90-minute drive away. Eagle/ Vail has a larger and lower elevation airport, making travel far more reliable along with a broader set of gateway cities.
